Michael Freed has over two decades of experience in service planning, business development, and data analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Service Planning Specialist at Canon USA since February 2011, Michael collaborates with management to implement data management strategies, conduct report analyses, and train new team members. Prior to Canon USA, Michael worked at Henry Schein as an Analyst in Manufacturer Partner Relations, where innovative product management tools were developed for medical marketing teams. Earlier experience includes a role as a Data Analyst at Milton Merl Associates, focused on data cleansing and activity-based costing studies. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Marketing and Global Management, as well as a Master of Business Administration in Finance, both obtained from Binghamton University School of Management.
