Anne Wanlund is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategy within the nonprofit and global health sectors. As Co-Founder and CEO of Canopie, Anne drives innovative approaches to healthcare. Previously, in the role of Chief Operating Officer and Head of Impact & Strategy at Sanku-PHC, Anne focused on improving health outcomes in underserved populations. Anne also served as Country Director for Gardens for Health International, where efforts were directed toward enhancing nutrition and health. Additional experience includes working as an STIP Analyst at USAID's U.S. Global Development Lab and serving as a Graduate Teaching Fellow at Harvard School of Public Health. Anne holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs and Philosophy from William & Mary and furthered education at The Fletcher School at Tufts University.

With a uniquely proactive approach, they equip expecting and new moms with knowledge, coping tools, and emotional confidence to face the inevitable ups, downs, and sideways turns of motherhood. They worked with over 50 industry-renowned psychologists and maternal wellness experts to develop curricula that tackle the very top factors that contribute to stress, anxiety, and mood disorders from pregnancy to postpartum and beyond. Moms engage with a proprietary blend of cognitive-based, interpersonal, and compassionate therapies targeted to their personal goals in the app for 12 minutes a day for 12 days.
