Adam Timms

Adam Timms has worked in various roles within the finance industry. From 2005 to 2010, they were a Relationship Manager at Capita Registrars, where they provided registration services to their portfolio of 95 companies. Adam then moved to Canopius in 2010, initially working as a Share and Capital Administrator, responsible for administering the company's shares and learning about the capital requirements of a Lloyd's Insurance company. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the Capital and Share Manager at Canopius. Since 2014, Adam has been working at Canopius Group as the Head of Commercial Finance. In this role, they monitor and maintains regulatory capital, manages projects, and implements finance and Lloyd's managing agent related projects.

Adam Timms attended Darrick Wood Senior School from 1996 to 2002, where they completed their GCSE and A Levels in various subjects. In 2008, they studied at the Institute of Company Secretaries and Administrators, focusing on the Foundation Level of the ICSA. In 2010 and 2011, Adam passed the Lloyd's and London Market Introductory Test, with a focus on insurance. From 2012 to 2014, they attended the Chartered Insurance Institute, obtaining a Dip CII in Insurance.
