Karthik D R has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2010, they worked as an intern at Ernst & Young, where they gained experience in the Global Shared Services team. Karthik then joined Staples as a management trainee in 2012 and later served as an Assistant Manager in Market Place Operations and MIS. In 2015, Karthik joined DaVita India as a Deputy Manager in Finance & Procurement before transitioning to the role of Assistant Manager in Finance & Operations Analysis. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at DocsApp as a Business Process Excellence Manager, handling investor relations, M&A processes, and process control. In 2020, Karthik joined Parkway Healthcare India - Gleneagles Global Hospitals as a Senior Supply Chain Manager, responsible for PAN India RCs and IT-SCM project implementation. Their most recent position, starting in 2022, is Head - Payments (Group Manager) at MediBuddy. Additionally, Karthik founded their own consulting and training venture in 2016, specializing in Excel analytics and teaching. Overall, Karthik has extensive experience in finance, operations, supply chain management, and business process excellence.

Karthik D R has a diverse education history. Karthik completed a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance & Supply Chain Management from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management between 2009 and 2012. During this time, they also pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations from IMI, Antwerp Brussels.
