Hollie McKenna has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Hollie began their career at STAYBRITE in 2014 as a Salesperson. In 2015, they transitioned to ReAssure as a Customer Service Representative. After two years, they moved on to Availl Care in 2017, where they worked as a Care Coordinator for a brief period before joining Aviva. At Aviva, they held various roles including Customer Service Representative, Complaints Specialist, Team Manager, and most recently, Business Analyst. Their time at Aviva lasted from 2017 to 2023, when they joined Canopius Group as a Complaints Analyst.
