Izabella Becker

Izabella Becker started their work experience in February 2019 at Nexeo HR as a Recruiting Lead & HR Coordinator. Izabella then transitioned to the role of Human Resources Generalist in October 2020 and held this position until April 2021. In April 2021, they joined Owlet Baby Care as a Recruiter and worked there until May 2022. From June 2022 to February 2023, they served as a People Experience Generalist at Owlet Baby Care. Currently, Izabella is working at Canopy as a Sr People & Talent Generalist since February 2023.

Izabella Becker has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Utah Valley University. Izabella also has an Associate's degree in Business Management from the same university. Additionally, Izabella has obtained several certifications including Strategic Human Resources and Human Resources: Job Structure and Design from LinkedIn, Learning LinkedIn Recruiter from LinkedIn, and Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Izabella has also completed an eLearning course on the Family and Medical Leave Act from SHRM, although the month and year of completion are unknown.
