Lisa Knapp has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lisa started their career in the education sector, working as an Elementary School Librarian in the Provo School District from 2008 to 2012. Following their time in education, Lisa transitioned to customer support roles. Lisa worked as a Customer Support representative at Intuit Merchant Services/Desktop Payroll from 2015 to 2018, where they provided assistance to customers and ensured their satisfaction. Subsequently, they joined Provo City as a Customer Service Representative from 2018 to 2019.
