Elodie Morvan has been working in customer service since 2008. Elodie began their career as a Front Desk Receptionist at Hôtel Red Fox. In 2011, they worked as an Opérateur Animateur Attraction at Euro Disney Associés SCA. In 2012, they were an Intern Student Advisor at AIFS, and also worked as a Ride & Host Operator at Euro Disney Associés SCA. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at BBW International Event Staff as an Event Services Specialist and at Hostelling International Canada as an Assistant Manager - Hostel & Central Reservations and a Manger in Training - Front Desk & Central Reservations. Elodie also worked as a Central Reservations/Front Desk Agent at Hostelling International Canada. Since 2022, they have been working as a Customer Experience Specialist at Fresh Tracks Canada Inc.

Elodie Morvan has a comprehensive educational background. Elodie obtained their High School Diploma from Lycée Marceau in 2009, majoring in Litterature and Foreign Languages. Elodie then moved on to Nantes Université where they earned an Associate's degree in Foreign Languages and International Trade in 2011. Following that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in International Tourism and Hospitality Management from CY Cergy Paris Université in 2012. More recently, Elodie has obtained certifications from LinkedIn in Managing Generation Z, Leading and Motivating People with Different Personalities, and Managing a Customer Service Team in 2022.
