Sarah Tekulve

Sarah Tekulve has a diverse work experience in the field of education and user experience design. Sarah is currently working as a User Experience Designer at Canopy since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as a UX Design Teaching Assistant at V School from October 2021 to November 2021, where they mentored and coached UX/UI Design students and collaborated with students and team members across different time zones.

Before entering the field of design, Sarah worked as a Health & Physical Education Teacher at Renaissance Academy from August 2019 to November 2021. In this role, they produced instructional videos for over 800 students, collaborated with teachers to track test data, and presented new curriculum to board members, administrators, parents, and teachers.

Sarah'searlier experience includes working as a Physical Education Teacher and Dept. Head at Providence Hall Charter School from August 2014 to June 2019, and as a Health & Physical Education Teacher at Tooele County School District from August 2008 to June 2014.

Sarah Tekulve completed their secondary education at Utah Valley University from 2003 to 2008. Sarah obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education during this time. In 2020 and 2021, they enrolled in V School to pursue User Experience Design (UX), although no degree was specified for this program.
