Chris Wheeler

Chris Wheeler has extensive experience in leadership roles in the financial industry. Chris is currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Canopy Financial Technology Partners since February 2023. Prior to that, they held the same role at Infinity IPS starting from March 2022.

Before their recent roles, Chris worked at Select Portfolio Servicing from October 2004 to March 2022 as the Vice President - Operations. In this position, they were responsible for senior leadership roles in various areas such as call center, loan resolution/collections, business development, and REO. Chris managed key client relationships and oversaw all aspects of performing and non-performing loan pool, with expertise in foreclosure, bankruptcy, REO, loss mitigation, escrow, and investor reporting.

Chris also had a role at Dollar Financial Group as the Sr. Operations Manager from October 2003 to October 2004. Chris reported to the General Manager - North American Operations and was responsible for managing a call center with a team of 80 non-exempt and 9 exempt employees. Chris implemented collection strategies, dialer campaigns, training programs, and compliance metrics to improve performance and morale.

In addition, Chris worked at Discover Card as a Department Manager from 2000 to 2003. Chris led a large team of 100+ FTE staff and achieved record-breaking results. Chris was recognized by senior management as a top producer among the leadership team. Chris played a crucial role in changing morale, rolling out major change initiatives, and elevating department performance.
