Erika G. has an extensive background in customer service and account management. Erika began their career in 2009 as an Impress Supervisor at OfficeMax, where they managed all projects at the Impress Print Shop. In 2011, they moved to OneTouchPoint as an Account Coordinator, where they collaborated with design and in-house production teams to ensure seamless projects. In 2014, they took on the role of Regional Account Manager at RR Donnelley, where they managed projects from concept to fulfillment. In 2016, they joined OutboundEngine as a Customer Success Representative and was promoted to Onboarding Specialist and Client Success Manager in 2017. Erika then moved to Shogun Enterprises Inc. in 2018 as a Customer Success Manager, where they established and shaped customer service team from two to ten employees. In 2020, they returned to Canopy Management as a DSP Lead Strategist, and in 2022 they were promoted to Manager Programmatic Account Services at Xaxis and Director of Amazon Programmatic at Canopy Management.
Erika G. attended Texas State University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology. Erika also obtained a certification in Marketing Foundations from The Trade Desk in February 2021.
