Keara Nadeau-Grandy

Keara Nadeau-Grandy is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations at Canopy Mental Health & Consulting and Canopy Roots since January 2024. Previously held the position of Director of Clinical Services at Guild Services and Clinical Director at Nexus Family Healing, where responsibilities included oversight of clinical programming and staff management. Keara also directed residential treatment at Touchstone Mental Health and functioned as Clinical Supervisor at People Incorporated, managing mental health services and program policies. Additional experience includes roles at Canvas Health and CIGNA Behavioral Health, where expertise in crisis management and behavioral triage was developed.
