Tim Davis

Tim Davis currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Canopy Mortgage since September 2023. Tim founded The Originators Guide in March 2004, which includes a daily podcast for mortgage professionals and a magazine for industry insights. Previously, Tim held the position of Vice President of Strategic Growth and Internal Coaching at Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group from April 2022 to September 2023, focusing on industry leader connections and growth inspiration. As the National Director of Coaching at Movement Mortgage from April 2015 to March 2022, Tim provided coaching and business development support to sales teams. Tim's experience also includes roles as a Mortgage Sales and Marketing Coach at CMG Financial, a Mortgage Coach at LoanToolbox, and Owner of Gateway Financial/Titan Home Loans. Tim's educational background includes a degree in Graphic Design from Western Kentucky University.
