Deanna Smith

Deanna Smith is an experienced education assistant at the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association, where responsibilities include managing databases, course offerings, and continuing education reporting since November 2012. Collaborating closely with the Director of Education Services, Deanna handles administrative tasks, venue bookings, and communication with students and staff. Previously, Deanna held sales positions at Tory Burch and BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP, demonstrating strong product knowledge and customer service skills, while also managing store operations. Deanna’s career began at the American Red Cross, providing administrative support and coordinating educational programs. Deanna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain & Operations Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an A.A.S in Merchandising & Retail Management from CT State Gateway.
