Kimberly McMillan is currently the Vice President of Marketing & Communications at the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association. Previously, Kimberly has held roles such as Deputy Director of Communications & Media Relations at Moore & Van Allen, SVP Marketing & Communications at Cardinal Innovations Healthcare Solutions, Director of Corporate Communications & Marketing at the City of Charlotte, Vice President of Marketing & Public Relations at Allen Tate Company, and Vice President of Communications at Arts & Science Council. Kimberly also worked as a Senior Account Executive at KoSa and as Director of Marketing Communications at Novant Health. Kimberly earned their Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Ohio University.

Canopy Realtor® Association is Advancing the Profession and Improving Communities. As the 16th largest association in the nation, we focus on fostering engagement, creating value, improving professionalism, providing education, elevating the value of a Realtor®, advocating for the real estate industry, and developing future leaders. The Association is the parent entity for Canopy MLS, Canopy Real Estate Institute (CREI) and the Canopy Housing Foundation. Canopy MLS is the 19th largest MLS in the country and ensures that subscribers receive the technology tools, training and support to better equip Realtors® to serve clients. Realtors® utilize Canopy MLS to access the most accurate, timely data and provide maximum exposure for a home. CREI provides an array of education through its virtual Canopy Campus platform making it easy to enroll in and access in-person, online or self-paced real estate education, professional development and training courses including a full range of North Carolina and South Carolina course offerings and nationally recognized designations and certifications developed by the National Association of Realtors® and the Real Estate Business Institute. Canopy Housing Foundation, the charitable arm of the Association, continues to grow through the support of Realtor® volunteers in Mecklenburg, Iredell and Haywood Counties. Through the Foundation's mission and various initiatives, Realtors® actively demonstrate their commitment to creating communities where all housing needs are met.
