William Kwan

William Kwan is an accomplished engineering manager specializing in software quality assurance and program delivery with extensive experience in technology and IoT applications. Currently serving as Engineering Manager of Software Quality at Canopy since May 2025, William previously held key positions including Senior Manager of QA and Release at Aescape, where innovative robotic massage table solutions were developed. While at Latch, significant contributions were made in establishing a robust QA program that supported a substantial IPO. William has also led performance testing initiatives at Ford Motor Company and completed research in industrial IoT applications at Virginia Tech, complementing a strong educational background in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Expertise encompasses a range of tools and practices, including Python, C#, and CI/CD methodologies.
