Brittany van Arkel

Brittany Van Arkel is an accomplished Chief People Officer with extensive experience in talent strategy and human resources across several leading organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Canopy Service Partners, Brittany has previously held senior roles at Wayfair, overseeing enterprise-level HR functions, and at Amazon, where responsibilities included being Chief of Staff to the VP of Talent Strategy and managing global operations recruiting. Additionally, Brittany has worked as an Assessment and Employee Engagement Consultant at Aon Hewitt and as an Associate Human Capital Consultant at PDRI. Brittany holds a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cornell College.
