Tolga Sugetiren

Tolga Sugetiren has a strong background in engineering and manufacturing. Tolga started their career as an Engineering Manager at Kromel, where they led various turn-key projects and was responsible for technical designs. Tolga then moved on to NOV ASEP ELMAR as a Factory Production Manager, where they implemented a new process for composite manufacturing.

Following that, Tolga worked as a Sales Manager at Nautique Group Holding - Zeelander Yachts, where they managed relationships with brands abroad and examined innovative products. Tolga then joined Evtes Chemistry and Building Materials as a Technical Director, where they played a key role in planning and designing new insulation applications.

Most recently, Tolga has been with Canovate Group, first as the Director of Manufacturing and currently as the Director of Engineering and Technology. In these roles, they have managed various departments and projects related to the defense industry and global clients. Tolga has also been involved in business development and has been a member of the board of directors since 2018.

Tolga Sugetiren completed their Bachelor's degree in Endüstri Mühendisliği (Industrial Engineering) from Sakarya University in the year 2004. Tolga then pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, which they successfully obtained in 2009. Tolga Sugetiren is currently continuing their education at Sakarya University, specializing in Mechanical Engineering, as they are pursuing a PHD degree.
