Rich Schlieker has over three decades of work experience, starting in 1989 as a Regional Sales Representative at Aliaxis. Rich then progressed to various roles within the company, including Regional Sales Manager (US), Business Development Manager for Electrical Systems, Innovation Manager, and Director of Innovation. In 2018, Schlieker joined Aliaxis Latinoamérica as an Innovation Manager and continued in that role until 2021. Rich is currently serving as President at Canplas Industries Ltd.
Rich Schlieker attended the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 1982 to 1984. During their time there, they pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology and graduated with a CET (Certified Engineering Technologist) qualification.
