Katanja Kurth-Grieser has over 17 years of professional experience in legal services. Katanja began their career in 2005 as a Rechtsanwalt with Rechtsanwälte MARTIN, FINK & KOLLEGEN, where they specialized in civil law, economic law (including the establishment of the banking and capital markets, insolvency law), and labor law. In 2014, they transitioned to Rechtsanwaltskanzlei Katanja Kurth-Grieser as a Rechtsanwalt and then to AirPlus International as a Legal Counsel - Senior Expert | Legal & Compliance. Most recently, they joined Unzer GmbH as VP Group Legal in 2021 and was appointed Group Head of Legal at Cansativa Group in 2022.

Katanja Kurth-Grieser completed their 2. Staatsexamen in Wirtschaftsrecht at Juristisches Referendariat. Katanja then attended Università di Pavia to study EU-Recht, Internationales Zivilprozessrecht, and UN-Recht. Katanja then obtained their 1.
