Thiago Cäsar has worked in a variety of roles in the automotive industry since 2011. Thiago began their career as an Intern Banking Supervision at Deutsche Bundesbank in 2011, followed by an Intern Business Development at Mubea in 2014, an Intern Strategic Marketing at Porsche in 2015, an Intern Automotive Consulting at Berylls Strategy Advisors in 2017, Visiting Consultant at Volkswagen Consulting and AUDI AG in 2018, and most recently Vice President Business Unit Products, Head of Business Unit Products, Head of Strategy & Business Development, and Head of Business Development at Cansativa Group since 2019.
Thiago Cäsar completed a Bachelor (B.Sc.) in Economics from the University of Mannheim in 2017. During their studies, they also completed an Exchange Semester at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2016. Thiago then went on to pursue a Master (M.Sc.) in Management from the University of Mannheim, which they completed in 2021.
