Ketan Patwardhan

Ketan Patwardhan is the current CEO and Chief Gardener at Canspirit. Prior to this, they were with Zensar Technologies Inc. from September 1997 to November 2004, where they were Senior Manager Talent Acquisition and HR. Ketan was also with GE India from June 1996 to August 1997 as Manager HR.

Ketan has been involved in various aspects of HR throughout their career, including performance management, training, employee relations, and policy formulation and administration. Ketan has also championed specific HR programs across different businesses in India.

Ketan Patwardhan pursued a PGDHRM from Symbiosis IMS and Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, specializing in Human Resources. Ketan then went on to obtain a Masters in Labor Law from Symbiosis Law College, Pune and Symbiosis Law School, Pune. Ketan started their educational journey with a Bachelors in Chemistry from Fergusson College and St.Vincent's Junior College.
