Glen A. has over 25 years of work experience. Glen began their career in 1995 as a Business Development Associate, Customer Service at Zellers. In 2000, they became an Employment/Pedestrian Surveyor, Co-op at the City of Toronto. The following year, they held the position of Cordon Count Surveyor, Co-op at the City of Toronto. In 2003, they joined HBC as a Planogram Analyst and Distributor, Small Market Stores. In 2008, they became a Team Lead and Planogram Manager at Loblaw Companies Limited with Toolbox Solutions Inc. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Manager, Merchandising Process and Support and Manager, Space Management (responsible for a team of Specialists and a 10000 sq. ft Planogram Lab) at Sobeys. Finally, they have been a Consultant at Cantactix Solutions Inc. since 2017.

Glen A. attended Ryerson University from 1996 to 2001, studying Applied Geography. Glen has also obtained several certifications, including a Blue Yonder Alliance Functional Accreditation Certificate in June 2020, a BY (Formerly JDA) Category Knowledge Base (CKB) Certification 2017.1 in May 2020, a BY (Formerly JDA) Floor Planning Certification v2018.1 in May 2020, a BY (Formerly JDA) Space Planning Certification Level I 2018.1 in May 2020, a BY (Formerly JDA) Space Planning Certification Level II 2017.1 in May 2020, and a Certified Professional Category Analyst (CPCA) from the Category Management Association in March 2022.
