Jeff Dumbrell

Jeff Dumbrell is the Chief Revenue Officer at Cantaloupe. Jeff has over 25 years of experience in the payments industry and has held various leadership roles at Boost Payment Solutions, Verifone, and Boyden Global.

Jeff Dumbrell started their career in the payments industry in July 2002 as an Executive Vice President in EMEA & ASPAC for Verifone. In this role, they were responsible for managing all North American Processor, Bank, ISO, VAR, 3rd Party merchant acquirer and Reseller relationships across the United States and Canada. Jeff increased VeriFone North America’s gross margin profile by 700 basis points by refocusing sales channels on higher gross margin wireless solutions versus traditional countertop product range. Jeff also opened the VeriFone Canada business office (Toronto) in 2005 and established new customer relationships at key Canadian acquirers. Under their leadership, VeriFone Canada revenues grew from less than $2m (in 2005) to over $32m (in 2008).

In July 2021, Jeff Dumbrell joined Boost Payment Solutions as their SVP Strategic Partnerships. In this role, they are responsible for managing all North American Processor, Bank, ISO, VAR, 3rd Party merchant acquirer and Reseller relationships across the United States and Canada.

Most recently, Jeff Dumbrell was a Partner at Boyden Global and the President at SCP Holdings, Inc. Jeff was with Boyden Global from August 2018 to July 2021.

Jeff Dumbrell has a Master of Business Administration from The University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University.
