Kathryn Woodward

Kathryn Woodward is a dedicated academic and health advocate currently serving as a Lecturer and Associate Lecturer at Griffith University, along with a DPhil Researcher position at the University of Oxford, focusing on healthcare experiences of refugees in high-income countries. As a Rhodes Scholar and Deputy Chair of the Board at Canteen Australia, Kathryn plays an integral role in supporting young people affected by cancer. Extensive experience includes roles with the Youth Cancer Services, Consumers Health Forum of Australia, and various medical positions, including a medical officer at Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service. Kathryn holds a Doctor of Medicine from Griffith University and a Master of Science in Applied Digital Health from the University of Oxford, alongside significant leadership experience in medical student and health consumer representation.
