Currently serving as the Director of Client Services at Canteen One since May 2017, Kim leads key accounts in the unattended retail solutions sector. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Account Manager at YA from 2000 to 2017, where responsibilities included developing strategic account plans, delivering analytic reports, and fostering client relationships to enhance marketing investments. Earlier roles include positions at Hallmark Business Connections managing high-profile client incentive programs and at Midwest Pension & Profit Sharing Services, contributing to benefit calculations. Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Minnesota, earned in 1991.
