Canterbury Cathedral
Kieran Batchelor is an experienced stonemason currently employed at Canterbury Cathedral since April 2015. Prior to this position, Kieran completed a Building Craft Apprenticeship at The Prince's Foundation School of Traditional Arts from August 2014 to March 2015, and worked as a stonemason at The Stonemasonry Company Limited from July 2013 to July 2014. Kieran's early career includes a role as a technical sales advisor at Maplin Electronics from December 2002 to July 2012. The educational background includes ongoing studies towards a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Design at The Open University, a Foundation degree in Applied Historic Building Conservation & Repair from the Cathedral's Workshop Fellowship (2017-2019), as well as training at Building Crafts College in 2012-2013, and studies at Mid Kent College.
