The Visitor Engagement team at Canterbury Cathedral is dedicated to enhancing the experience of all visitors. Through guided tours, informative interactions, and personalized support, team members—including Visits Shepherds, Stewards, Visitor Experience Officers, and Volunteer Chaplains—work collaboratively to ensure guests feel welcomed, informed, and connected to the Cathedral's rich history and spiritual significance.
