Karina Milnes

Karina Milnes has a diverse work experience spanning from 1995 to present. Karina began their career as a Registered Nurse at National Womens Hospital in 1995 and then worked as a Registered Nurse at Barts and The London NHS Trust from 1999 to 2004. In 2005, they became a Nurse Educator at MercyAscot, where they facilitated the education program for the operating theaters and assisted in the education program for the rest of the organization. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Registered Nurse at MercyAscot. Karina then joined Te Whatu Ora Waitaha Canterbury in 2008 and took on various roles such as Clinical Product Co-Coordinator and Business Analyst, eventually becoming the Senior Master Data Analyst for Finance and Procurement Systems. Currently, they are the Master Data Team Lead at Te Whatu Ora Waitaha Canterbury.

Karina Milnes completed their education in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Massey University in 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Comprehensive Registered Nursing from Manukau Polytechnic, where they studied from 1992 to 1995.
