Karlene Ward

Karlene Ward has extensive experience in training and education, currently serving as the Training and Delivery Lead at Streamliners since December 2017, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of training strategies for both community members and internal staff. Concurrently, since May 2014, Karlene has worked as an Education Facilitator at Canterbury District Health Board, delivering educational programs to healthcare professionals. An independent contractor since 2004 with Ripped Orange Ltd, Karlene provides group training and one-on-one coaching, alongside previous roles as National Operations Manager and Contract Trainer. Earlier experiences include positions as National Training Manager at ExecuTrain New Zealand, ICT Trainer at Computerland New Zealand, Client Services Manager at FPG Research, and various roles during the graduate program at Bank of New Zealand. Karlene holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics from the University of Canterbury.
