Shawn Lu

Shawn Lu, a member of the board of directors, is the Chief Financial Officer and a director of Hepalink USA Inc. Mr. Lu has also been a director of Scientific Protein Laboratories LLC, and is a director of Resverlogix Corp. (TSE: RVX), of Quest Pharmatech (CVE: QPT). Mr. Lu holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Queen’s University in Canada, a Master’s degree in Corporate Economic and Business Administration from Zhongnan University of Economic & Law in China, and a B.S. degree in Engineering from Wuhan University of Transportation Technology in China.
