Martino Del Nevo serves as the Production Director over 500 GT and Deputy Chief Operating Officer at The Italian Sea Group S.p.A, where responsibilities include collaborating with the steering committee, overseeing production activities and critical subcontractors, and managing KPIs. Concurrently, Martino holds the position of Chief Technical & Operating Officer at Cantiere delle Marche, focusing on operational strategy and the reorganization of multiple departments. Previously, Martino held various leadership roles at Ferretti Group, Azimut|Benetti Group, Sunrise Yachts, ISA YACHTS, and Meyer Turku, gaining extensive experience in project management and business process improvement. Martino's educational background includes an Executive Education in Strategy from Harvard Business School and an Executive MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Yacht & Powercraft Engineering from Università degli Studi di Genova.
