Yury Polnar has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Yury currently holds the role of Sr. Director, Product & Community at Cantina, starting in June 2023. Previously, they worked at Airtime as Sr. Director, Product & Community from September 2022 to June 2023, and as the Director of Product Management from April 2021 to September 2022. Before that, Yury was Product Marketing Lead, Community Growth and Well-being at Instagram from August 2019 to April 2021. Yury also worked at YouTube as Global Lead, Creator Growth from April 2015 to August 2019, and at Google (YouTube) as Sr. Audience Development Strategist from December 2012 to March 2015. Yury's earlier roles include Head of Audience Development at Demand Media from July 2009 to November 2012, and Marketing & Content Analyst at PowerReviews from April 2007 to March 2009.

Yury Polnar has a strong educational background. Yury completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Southern California in the years 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended UCLA Extension from 2009 to 2010, where they focused on Digital Marketing. Yury also holds a Dual Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from UC Santa Barbara, which they obtained from 2003 to 2007.
