Kody Decker has a diverse work experience in sales and account management roles. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Service/Sales Technician at Champion Mine Supply Inc, where they analyzed work orders, resolved problems, and maintained customer rapport. In 2015, they joined ErieTec, Inc. as an Inside Sales Representative, responsible for selling products and services, attending training sessions, and meeting sales quotas. Kody then moved on to H-T-L perma USA LP in 2015, where they worked as a Regional Account Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region, meeting sales objectives, expanding the customer base, and identifying product opportunities. In 2018, they joined INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY SOLUTIONS LIMITED as an Account Executive, later becoming a Business Development Manager. In these roles, Kody exceeded sales objectives, maintained customer relationships, recommended product lines, and identified new business opportunities. Currently, they are serving as a Strategic Account Manager at H-T-L perma USA LP, where they identify and develops new customers, manages existing strategic accounts, and achieves sales objectives.
From 2010 to 2014, Kody Decker attended Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Fayette- Eberly Campus. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
