Prior to this role, Esmene served as an Implementation Consultant and Client Solutions Engineer at Infobip, where responsibilities included project management, technical expertise, and support for SaaS product solutions across Europe and the APAC region. Esmene began the professional journey as a Systems Engineer at Trends & Technologies, Inc., focusing on customer technical environments and requirements. Esmene holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, obtained in 2016.
