Sophy Bishop

Sophy Bishop, MLIS, is an experienced professional in implementation management and customer success, currently serving as a Senior Implementation Manager at Canto since September 2024. Sophy previously held various roles at Image Relay, including Customer Success Team Lead and DAM Librarian, from January 2019 to September 2024. At Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Sophy worked as a Communications and Digital Content Specialist and Web Content Specialist from December 2015 to January 2019. Additional experience includes project management and program coordination at Brookline Adult & Community Education, freelance e-book conversion editing, and digital asset management roles at America's Test Kitchen, Harvard Law School, and Walden Woods Project. Sophy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, International Affairs, and French from Skidmore College and a Master’s in Library and Information Science from Simmons University, along with a certificate in Museology/Museum Studies from Tufts University.
