Andreas Lustenberger

Andreas Lustenberger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public affairs, policy, and research. Currently serving as Head of Research, Policy & Public Affairs at Caritas Schweiz, Lustenberger has held various leadership roles, including member of the Stiftungsrat Pensionskasse and Head of Policy & Public Affairs. In the Kanton Zug, Lustenberger has taken on significant roles as Präsident der kantonalen Kommission für Gesundheit und Soziales and Kantonsrat. Lustenberger is also a member of the Geschäftsleitung at Schweizerische Konferenz für Sozialhilfe SKOS and part of the accompanying group for the implementation of the Agenda 2030 in the Bundesverwaltung. Additionally, Lustenberger holds a Master of Science in Geographies of Global Change from the University of Zurich and has a background in association management from the Verbandsmanagement Institut (VMI).
