Felice Russell

Felice Russell, Ph.D., is an experienced Learning Designer, Facilitator, and Educational Consultant with a diverse background in instructional design, curriculum development, and advocacy for equity and inclusion in education. Currently serving as a Literacy Innovation Specialist and Library Media Specialist at Canton Public Schools, Felice leads the Library Learning Commons' vision while focusing on digital citizenship and research skills. Prior roles include Associate Professor of Educational Leadership at Central Connecticut State University and Assistant Professor positions at Ithaca College and Kennesaw State University, specializing in second language acquisition and TESOL. Felice’s extensive education includes a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Washington and a Master of Library & Information Science from Southern Connecticut State University.
