Ryan Finefrock

Ryan Finefrock is a skilled musician and manager currently serving as the Manager of Orchestra Personnel at The Cleveland Orchestra since November 2022, with prior experience as an Orchestra Personnel Assistant. Finefrock holds ongoing responsibilities as a Substitute Bassoon for the Canton Symphony Orchestra since September 2014 and has a robust background in music education and performance, having taught bassoon at Lakewood City Schools and held the position of Principal Bassoon for the Orchestra of the Southern Finger Lakes from September 2014 to September 2021. Additional experience includes working as an Administrator for Jazz Lesson Videos, a stagehand with IATSE Local 27, and performing as a Blue Man Trainee with the Blue Man Group. Finefrock earned a Master of Music degree in Bassoon Performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music and a Bachelor of Music degree from Michigan State University.
