Francesco Toscano

Francesco Toscano is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience, currently serving as Software Development Team Lead at Ente Ospedaliero Cantonale (EOC) since September 2007. In this role, Francesco oversees a development team focused on the Clinical Record for EOC and acts as technical project manager for both the Ambulatory Record and Inpatient Record projects. Additionally, Francesco serves as Service Owner ITIL for the Intensive Medicine Service and manages apprentices within the Development and Integration Department. Prior to EOC, Francesco held roles as IT Analyst and Software Developer at GMTechnologies and the Banca dello Stato del Cantone Ticino, respectively, and worked as a Software Developer at Migros Ticino. Francesco holds a degree in Computing and Economy from SSIG and has completed several commercial education qualifications.
