Prior to joining Cantor Colburn, Karl Barr was Intellectual Property Counsel at General Motors Corporation. He has hands-on experience with multinational intellectual property issues and continues to focus his practice on patent preparation, prosecution, complex intellectual property transactions, business counseling, monetization, licensing and sale as well as advanced development, assessment and acquisition of new technologies, and technology property rights.
