Debbie Mullarkey

Debbie Mullarkey has over 30 years of work experience in the legal and compliance field. Debbie began their career as a Legal Assistant at Moore, Keily & Lloyd in 1992 and stayed with the firm until 1998. Debbie then joined ACCBank/ACC Loan Management as a Legal Manager from 1998 to 2003. Following that, they worked at Rabobank as a Senior Litigation Manager from 2003 to 2017. In 2018, they joined Cantor Fitzgerald Ireland as a Senior Legal and Compliance Manager, a role they held until 2021 when they became the Head of Financial Crime (MLRO)/Client Legal Affairs. Currently, they are the Chief Compliance Officer at Cantor Fitzgerald Ireland.

Debbie Mullarkey obtained a Professional Certificate in Financial Crime Prevention from University College Dublin in 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Professional Diploma in Compliance from the same institution between 2014 and 2016. Additionally, in 2016 and 2017, Debbie pursued a program at University College Dublin to become a Certified Data Protection Officer, although their specific degree name is not mentioned.
