Janet Livingston

Janet Livingston is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in investment banking and compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Banking Paralegal at Cantor Fitzgerald since 2021, Janet is responsible for the substantive review of various legal documents and transaction management. Previously, Janet held the role of Senior Paralegal at S&P Global Ratings from 2015 to 2017, where efforts focused on enhancing governance and compliance processes. Janet also served as a Paralegal and Vice President at Morgan Stanley from 1994 to 2013, managing the review of underwriting and confidentiality agreements in capital markets and M&A transactions. Janet holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Washington and has further educational credentials from Fordham University School of Law.
