Kelley Basham

Kelley Basham is a legal professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate law. Currently serving as Managing Director, Head of IB Legal, and Assistant General Counsel at Cantor Fitzgerald since August 2016, Kelley has previously held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at the New York City Economic Development Corporation from July 2022 to January 2023. Prior to that, Kelley worked as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from January 2011 to August 2016, and as a Summer Associate at Skadden Arps in 2009. Kelley holds a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School (2010) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University (2007).
