Michael Lloyd

Michael Lloyd possesses extensive experience in finance and trading, currently serving as the Head of Convertibles Sales & Trading at Cantor Fitzgerald since November 2023. Lloyd has been President of Jigsaw Ventures LLC since June 2017 and previously held the position of Managing Director of Acquisitions at Vessel Technologies, Inc. from January 2023 to July 2023, focusing on innovative building technologies. Prior roles include Managing Director at Weild & Co., where Lloyd specialized in equity, debt, and convertible private placements, and Executive Vice-President at FBR Capital Markets, overseeing various trading divisions. Lloyd’s career began at Bear Stearns & Co. as Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Convertible Trading, and earlier at Morgan Grenfell & Co. as a trader. Education includes Reigate Grammar School.
