Rahul Khemka

Rahul Khemka is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience in the Power, Energy, and Infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald since January 2023, Rahul is a key member of the firm’s renowned team, focusing on M&A and fundraising solutions for clients in the Asia-Pacific region with a specialization in Renewable Energy. As Founder and CEO of Helicap Securities, and a Non-Executive Director since October 2016, Rahul has been instrumental in creating an online platform for matching issuers with investors. Previously, Rahul held significant roles at SUN Energy as Director and Chief Investment Officer, at DNB Markets as Director and Head of Energy & Offshore Services, and within investment banking divisions at Lazard, UBS, and Rothschild & Co. Rahul holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
