Sharmila Singh

Sharmila Singh is a seasoned paralegal with extensive experience in corporate law and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate & SEC Paralegal at Cantor Fitzgerald since September 2024, Sharmila previously held senior paralegal positions at the Professional Fighters League from 2021 to September 2024, as well as at Pagaya Investments in 2020. In earlier roles, Sharmila worked as a Corporate Paralegal for Mutual Fund and Corporate Governance at Neuberger Berman from 2017 to 2020. Sharmila holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from St. Francis College and a Master's degree in Education from the University of Phoenix.
