William R. Rowe III

William R. Rowe III has extensive experience in compliance and leadership within the financial sector, currently serving as Vice President of Compliance and Global Head of eComm Compliance at Cantor Fitzgerald since December 2017. Additionally, William founded and presides over Elevate Foundation since March 2020 and previously was the President and Founder of Pulse Marketing from May 2015 to January 2020. Prior roles include Loan Production Specialist at Quaint Oak Bank and Economic Development Intern at Barth Consulting Group. William holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Northampton Community College. Education also includes attendance at the Schlicher-Kratz Institute and Bethlehem Catholic High School.
