Lisa Pratt has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications. Lisa most recently worked at Canuck Place Children's Hospice as the Associate Director of Marketing and Communications. Prior to that, they were the Marketing Communications Manager at the same organization. Before joining Canuck Place, Lisa worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant at LP Creative, where they collaborated with businesses to develop online marketing strategies and implement tactical plans. Lisa also has experience as a Digital Marketing Manager at BC Liquor Distribution Branch and as a Marketing Manager at Salt Spring Coffee. Lisa's early career includes roles in event management at B.C. Psychological Association and The Caldwell Partners. Lisa has a strong background in marketing and event management across various industries.
Lisa Pratt attended the Glendon Campus of York University from 1992 to 1996. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government. Lisa then enrolled at the Foundation for Montessori Education in 2000 and completed their Teacher Training, earning a Montessori Diploma with a specialization in Primary Level in 2001.

Canuck Place Children's Hospice
Canuck Place Children’s Hospice is British Columbia and Yukon’s pediatric palliative care provider. Over 871 children living with life-threatening illnesses and families from five provincial health regions receive Canuck Place inpatient and outpatient care (in home/in hospital). Canuck Place operates 13 patient beds and 8 family suites through two hospices in Vancouver and Abbotsford. Services include medical respite and family support, pain and symptom management, 24-hour virtual care, music and recreation therapy, education and art, grief, loss, and bereavement counselling, as well as end-of-life care. Through the investment of the community, our talented team, and over 400 energetic volunteers we make a lasting difference in the lives of children and the families who love them.
