Kieran Carmichael

Kieran Carmichael is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance, organisational design, and strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Performance at Canva since October 2023, Kieran previously held leadership roles at Auto & General, including Global Organisational Enablement Lead and Head of Learning & Organisational Development, contributing to the growth of Australia's fastest-growing insurance company. Additionally, Kieran's experience at The University of Queensland spans various managerial roles focused on leadership, talent, and organisational culture, alongside roles as an Adjunct Lecturer. Prior to that, Kieran worked as an Organisational Development Specialist at Brighter Super and as a Management Consultant at KPMG Australia. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Organisational Psychology from The University of Queensland, along with various professional certifications in business and coaching.
